Travel through the scenic Shoshone and Bridger-Teton National Forests and experience the rich cultural and natural diversity of rugged western Wyoming. The highway traverses the continental divide and loops between two national parks, providing many scenic views of Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park.

Length of Byway or Route: 163 miles (262 kilometers), allow approximately 4 hours to drive.

Driving Directions

The scenic byway begins in Dubois, Wyoming and proceeds west on U.S. Highway 26/287.
At Moran Junction, the byway proceeds south on U.S. Highway 191/26/89 through Jackson, WY.
At Hoback Junction, the byway veers southeast on U.S. Highway 189/191 and ends in Pinedale, WY.
