Constructed in 1994, the sandstone building is itself a masterpiece. Inside the 51,000-square-foot (4,735-square-meter) building, 14 exhibition galleries display paintings, photographs, and sculptures celebrating North American wildlife, classrooms, children's gallery, auditorium, cafe, museum shop, and library. Hours Open: May 17 through October 11, 2008: Open Daily 9:00AM – 5:00PM; October 12, 2008 through May 16, 2009: Open Monday - Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM; Sunday 1:00PM - 5:00PM
